With every gemstone and jewelry item we offer a certificate of authenticity and limited warranty, so you can enjoy your purchase with confidence.

At Sifity-Jewel, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products 100% to the original purchaser, covering manufacturing defects on all jewelry. If you, as the original purchaser, notice a manufacturing defect, we ask you to contact us promptly so we may evaluate and resolve as needed. We will gladly repair anything determined to be a manufacturing defect at no cost to you, and help you with any other questions in regards to non-warranty damage or upgrade needs you may have.

  • All of our jewelry comes with limited lifetime warranty in the rare event there is a problem with your jewelry. We will repair or replace the item at no charge if the problem is directly related to a manufacturing defect. For jewelry, within the 12 months and lifetime for moissanite stones.
  • This limited warranty covers optical properties of the moissanite stone including brilliance and fire, and the physical integrity of the moissanite stone. it does not cover: damage or defects as a result of or related to accidents, abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your jewelry piece.
  • You will be responsible for any cost of shipment of your jewelry to Sifity-Jewel, and Sifity-Jewel will not be responsible for any damage or loss during shipment. Items purchased directly from Sifity-Jewel-seattle.com will receive a free shipping label within the first 90 days of purchase. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR WARRANTY

  • Within 30 days 

-You can choose to return the fine jewelry to us for a repair or a full refund if there is any dissatisfaction within 30 days after receiving the fine jewelry. For personalized custom jewelry, we will charge a 15% restocking fee for return.

  • 30days-12months

-Sifity-Jewel will be responsible for any manufacturing defects to the precious moissanite stone (for example a missing stone). The repair service will take 30-60 business days to complete. If a return for replacement is preferred, we will charge a 15%-30% restocking fee. If a return for refund is preferred, we will charge a 30%-50% restocking fee. The restocking fee will help to support our company so that we may continue provide great service and valuable products for our customers in a long run. Damage or defects as a result of or related to normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your moissanite stone/ lab diamond or jewelry piece will not be covered.

  • Beyond 12 months 

-Sifity-Jewel will not accept any return requests beyond 12 months after the customer has received their fine jewelry. However, if any manufacturing defects happen, we will help as best we can. A repair service will take between 30 - 60 business days to complete. If a return for replacement is preferred, we will charge a 30% restocking fee. If a return for refund is preferred, we will charge 50% of the restocking fee. The restocking fee will help to support our company so that we may continue provide great service and valuable products for our customers in a long run.

It is important to keep in mind that jewelry is prone to regular wear and tear, which can eventually fade the metal color, loosen stones, etc. While regular maintenance can help extend the life of your jewelry.
